Payroll Manager

Industry: Staffing & Recruitment
Location: Vaishali, Sector 4
Salary: Decent hike on current CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees/associates.
• Handle attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and salary processing.
• Ensure PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance and clients for payroll inputs.
• Resolve payroll and salary-related queries/escalations.
• Prepare payroll MIS and ensure timely and accurate payroll closure.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
