Payroll Manager

Payroll Operations

• Manage end-to-end SAP Payroll processing for employees across plants, sales offices and corporate.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary, incentives, bonus and statutory payments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Payroll processing, wage types, schemas, retro, PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS.
• Ensure smooth integration of payroll data between SAP, Zoho and attendance systems.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure multi-state payroll and statutory compliance.
• Support PF/ESI inspections, labour audits, statutory notices and government authorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory inputs to Finance.

Master Data & MIS

• Maintain accurate SAP & Zoho employee master data and payroll records.
• Ensure payroll controls, documentation and audit readiness.
• Prepare payroll MIS, analytical reports and dashboards.
• Support budgeting and C&B benchmarking activities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Admin and plant/location teams.
• Manage payroll vendors and monitor SLA and service quality.
• Drive SAP payroll process improvements, automation and standardization.
