We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations for 3,000+ employees across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll processing.
• Handle Indian Payroll, TDS calculation & taxation.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF and statutory requirements.
• Manage multi-location/multi-state payroll and payroll governance.
• Prepare payroll MIS and reports using Advanced Excel.
• Manage employee master data, attendance/HRMS integration and payroll vendors.
• Drive payroll process improvement and automation.
