About the Role:

In this key leadership position, you will:

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across the business.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, taxation, remuneration, and payroll-related regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll systems and processes (experience with Workday and Datapay is advantageous).
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic payroll insights that support business objectives.
• Build and develop a capable team through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

You'll bring significant experience in managing large-scale payroll operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement. You're proactive in staying up-to-date with employment policies and regulations and have a passion for delivering exceptional results while fostering a collaborative team environment.
