Payroll Manager

Digital Room Inc. is looking for PAYROLL MANAGER

Roles and Responsibility:

• Manage and develop a payroll team of one (1) direct report.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory requirements including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR filings and reconciliation.
• Investigate, track, and resolve payroll disputes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of all payroll issues and resolutions.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders on open issues, risks, and progress.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support stabilization and optimization of payroll system workflows following recent implementation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll.
• Hands-on payroll experience in the Philippines, including dispute investigation and resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Experience with payroll software; PeoplesHR is a plus.
• Proven, strong, and competent communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and proactive with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to drive issues to resolution with a sense of ownership.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandaluyong Central Post Office: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Payroll management: 7 years (Preferred)
• Payroll software: 6 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
