JOB DESCRIPTION: PAYROLL MANAGER

Position: Payroll Manager

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation and compliance.
• Manage onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with payroll and other departments for salary-related activities.
• Handle HRMS/Qandle and maintain accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational dashboards.
• Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues within the required TAT.
• Coordinate with managers and employees for smooth HR operations.
• Support HR audits and ensure proper maintenance of employee files and records.
• Prepare payroll MIS and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies within the required TAT.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, HRMS, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Experience in handling HR operations for a mid-sized/large workforce is preferred.
