Job Title: Payroll Manager

Location: Bangalore(Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST)

• Manage end to end payroll processing for all US employees both internal and external. (Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly)
• Ensure Accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonus, commission.
• Ensure payroll compliance with Federal, State, and Local wage and tax laws. (FICA, FUTA, STATE Taxes)
• Process deductions for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k).
• Validate timesheets, work hours through VMS portal.
• Work with payroll systems like PayCom.
• Maintain and update employee information on timely basis.
• Perform payroll audits to ensure accuracy and fix discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll accounts with Finance/Accounting.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify gaps in payroll processes and recommend improvements or automation.
• Work closely with all the departments to make sure accurate payroll in processed.
• Ensure the timesheet records are shared with the billing team for billing.
• Work with AR team to make sure we have enough cash flow for the payroll on weekly basis.
• Addressing tax notice with PayCom.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
