- Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting, salary packaging and audit requirements.
- Partner closely with Finance and People & Culture teams on payroll-related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and management insights.
- Support payroll projects, system enhancements, testing activities and process improvements.
- Assist with month-end activities and maintain strong payroll controls and documentation.
- Provide support across payroll systems administration and troubleshooting activities.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Extensive end-to-end payroll management experience within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong experience managing both fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a payroll function.
- Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, superannuation and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting and reconciliation skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A highly organised and detail-oriented approach.
Essential Requirements

- Experience leading payroll operations in complex environments.
- Availability to commence at short notice or immediately.

- Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or similarly complex environments.
