Payroll Master

About the role

JAF Digital Group Inc. is looking for a Payroll Master to manage payroll processing for our clients. This role is responsible for producing accurate, timely payroll and addressing client payroll concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Process client payroll, including salaries, overtime, absences, allowances, deductions, and final pay.
• Review timekeeping records and payroll inputs for completeness and accuracy.
• Calculate statutory contributions and withholding tax, and prepare related payroll reports.
• Prepare and check payroll registers, payslips, and payment files before release.
• Respond to client payroll questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and meet agreed processing deadlines.

About you

• Experience handling Philippine payroll, preferably for multiple clients or under a payroll services provider.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll calculations and statutory requirements.
• Comfortable using payroll systems and spreadsheets; an IT background is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with clients.
• Willing to meet clients or conduct fieldwork when needed.
