Payroll Master

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Master to manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary computation for employees. The role will handle payroll records, attendance monitoring, statutory deductions, and payroll-related reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify employee payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, undertime, and overtime records.
• Ensure accurate computation of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax deductions.
• Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and information.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding payroll discrepancies and employee concerns.
• Ensure timely and confidential processing of payroll.
• Assist with payroll audits and other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, or a related course.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine payroll computation and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with integrity.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
