Payroll Officer (ASAP)

The Payroll Officer will handle the administration of Employee pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices related to the above mentioned tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute compensation & benefits, disputes and investigations; Overtime, and other finance related tasks
• May assist in the administrative functions of the organization, from time to time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES:

• Accountancy / Business Management / Human Resources or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Efficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proven experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can start ASAP.

Office location: Old Sumulong Road Sitio Ruhat, Mambugan Antipolo City

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
