What Makes These Roles Exciting?

• Complex & Varied Payroll: Manage diverse pay runs involving salaried staff, contractors, additional allowance structures, complex settlements, and unique institutional benefits (such as generous retirement leave allowances).
• System Transformation: The organisation is currently undergoing a major enterprise system overhaul-giving you direct exposure to implementation, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work Your Way: High flexibility with hybrid working models.

What We Are Looking For

• End-to-End Payroll Experience: Proven track record in a large-scale, complex payroll environment handling fortnightly pay runs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Experience dealing with varied pay setups, contractor payments, intricate calculation adjustments, and settlements.
• System Change Exposure (Desirable): Prior experience with software implementation, testing, parallel runs, or process mapping is a massive plus - but not essential as this is day to day processing is the priority.
• Team-Minded & Detail-Oriented: A supportive team player who thrives under deadline-driven periods but values a friendly, collaborative environment.
