Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax Act etc.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave details and other relevant data.
- Provide support to HR team in resolving any payroll-related queries or issues.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Payroll Processing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Officer activities under various acts like PF, ESIC etc.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
