🚀 Your Mission: A Payroll Officer plays a pivotal role in managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records related to employee compensation. This is a full-time role based in Taytay Rizal.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Ensure timely and accurate computation of payroll.
• Monitor special additions and deductions, e.g. overtime and leave without pay (LWOP)
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory reports and remittances to BIR, SSS, Philheealth and Pag-ibig
• Prepare payroll report for BIR alphalist and 1604CF.
• Prepare necessary certificate of withholding tax (BIR 2316)
• Process final pay, quit claim and release of payment.
• Prepare analysis and periodic report related to company personnel.
• Recommended efficient ways of working and deliver standard payroll process.
• Wiling to be assign or relocate to Cavite

• Prepare and process payroll data, including salaries, wages, deductions, and other payments
• Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and collective agreements
• Manage all payroll-related inquiries, providing appropriate resolutions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
