Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of C&B, including but not limited to payroll and final payments calculation, pension, employee benefits administration, taxation, leave management in a professional and efficient manner

• Verify the accuracy of the raw data, which are correlated to wages calculation, such as attendance and leave records

• Prepare and compile the payroll related reports to Management and relevant departments in quality and timely manner

• Participate in annual C&B projects, including but not limited to salary review, bonus exercise and group insurance renewal

• Perform detailed analysis of C&B data, including headcounts, salary, leave, etc

• Ensure C&B policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliance with Hong Kong and local Labor Ordinance and other employment regulations

• Handle wages hotline, assist counter services and respond to wages-related enquiry

• Participate in ad hoc C&B related projects or other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines

• 4 - 5 years hands-on C&B working experience in sizable organization

• Experience in handling Payroll, Final Payment and Pension is preferred

• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations

• Proficient in MS Office Applications; Chinese Word Processing

• Meticulous, Independent, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability and cope with fast pace working environment

• Good Team Player with proactive interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command in spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Chinese
