Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

• Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
• Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client
• Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software Highlight any customization request by the client
• Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations

Requirements Must Have:

• 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including Basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime, absences
• Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month and Tax Annualization computation
• All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies Journal and Ledger entries
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
• Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
