Payroll Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing.
• Coordinate with various departments to obtain timely update on New Joinees or Employees who have resigned. Check for discrepancies & ensure correct disbursement of salary on time.
• Payment of statutory challans of Prof Tax, Provident fund, ESIC, TDS etc.
• Address and resolve PF grievances and TDS as & when they come in, within swift timelines and respond professionally & accurately to inquiries related to payroll earnings, deductions, income taxes, etc.
• Prepare, complete and manage documents related to personnel records in compliance with the laws and reporting procedures.
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of annual bonuses, remitting and reconciling payroll data to the accounting department to meet deadlines.
• Manage the end-to-end process of GMC/GPA/health check-up claims of all the employees through the insurance company.
• Partner in administration of annual salary review, salary increments and pay-outs in line with the budget.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate + MBA 4-5 years experience in Multi location Payroll and compliance management experience.
