What they need
- Processes and validates employee payroll, including wages, deductions, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax).
- Computes and processes 13th month pay in accordance with company policy and statutory requirements.
- Prepares and generates the Alpha List of Employees for BIR tax processing and other related reportorial requirements.
- Ensures timely and accurate release of payroll to employees.
- Reconciles payroll discrepancies and resolves employee payroll concerns.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
- Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
