Payroll Officer

Full-Time | On-Site: Cubao, Quezon City

What You'll Do

• Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and timekeeping adjustments
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records
• Address employee concerns related to timekeeping and payroll
• Prepare payroll and attendance reports
• Assist in preparing BIR Alphalist and other statutory reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirements
• Use Excel, HR systems, automation, and AI tools to improve HR processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in timekeeping and/or payroll
• Experience with BIR Alphalist is preferred
• Fresh graduates with BIR Alphalist experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems
• Comfortable using AI and digital tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers
• Able to handle confidential information
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
