calculation of salary components – Basic, HRA, LTA, Bonus, Incentives, Deductions.
ESI & PF enrollments
Required Candidate profile
Generate and submit PF/ESIC challans, returns
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Maintain employee master data, payroll MIS, salary registers.
