Payroll Officer

For Direct Hire

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll, compensation, accounts payable, general accounting, audit, or a combination of these areas
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience supporting US payroll operations
• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP Ariba, and expense management systems
• Exposure to project management, including planning, time management, communication, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
