Payroll Officer

WE ARE HIRING: PAYROLL OFFICER

Location: Cebu City, Philippines

We are looking for a reliable, analytical, and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, and payroll records.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
• Consolidate and verify DTRs, attendance, overtime, leaves, absences, and schedule adjustments.
• Compute salaries, overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential, and other applicable compensation.
• Process authorized deductions, loans, adjustments, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of payroll-related government contributions and withholding tax in coordination with the responsible personnel.
• Ensure payroll processing follows company policies and applicable Philippine labor laws.
• Address employee inquiries regarding salary computations and payroll adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, BS Human Resource Management, or any related course.
• Preferably with experience in payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine payroll computation, labor standards, and statutory deductions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, trustworthy, accurate, and able to meet strict deadlines.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
