PAYROLL OFFICER

About the role

Gedah Holdings Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Staff to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Payroll Officer – Job Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll, salaries, overtime, and deductions.
  • Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records.
  • Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated benefits.
  • Assist in processing employee benefits, incentives, and allowances.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and benefits remittances.
  • Assist with final pay computation and other payroll-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and labour laws
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using payroll and accounting software, such as Sage or QuickBooks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
