About the Company

TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Global Payroll Officer. Based in a fantastic Melbourne CBD office, this opportunity offers exposure to international payroll within a professional corporate environment.

Working closely with a friendly and supportive Payroll Manager, you will support a small volume, monthly payroll for salaried employees across multiple countries.

Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate and process monthly payroll across international locations.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including new starters, salary changes, leave and terminations.
• Liaise with overseas payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee records across payroll and HR systems.
• Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.
• Support payroll reporting, audits and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience processing end-to-end payroll.
• International payroll exposure will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence completing reconciliations.
• Sound Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage monthly deadlines.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to develop your global payroll knowledge.
