About the Team

The team supports accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely information across financial systems. The team works closely with internal and external customers, providing high-quality service, investigating issues, and supporting continuous process improvements. Collaboration, attention to detail, and customer focus are key to the team's success.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure document quality through rigorous and systematic controls.
• Provide high-quality customer service, including dispute resolution and handling ad-hoc inquiries that require detailed investigation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, both verbally and in writing, regarding investigations and updates to financial systems.
• Perform accounting-related activities, ensuring an efficient flow of financial information through the appropriate systems.
• Prepare SAP reports according to process requirements and complete templates for mass data uploads into the system.
• Perform comparisons between source information and data uploaded into the system to ensure accuracy.
• Provide ideas and suggestions for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting modules in SAP or other accounting systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 3 years of experience in an accounting or payroll process.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency (A1–A2).
• Experience working in a Shared Services Center or similar environment.
