Payroll Outsourcing Consultant (Client Services)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Outsourcing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and manage end-to-end payroll operations for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end payroll processing cycle for multiple client accounts, including data gathering, calculation, verification, and disbursement.
• Ensure all payroll calculations fully comply with local statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies (e.g., social security, withholding tax, and provident funds).
• Handle complex payroll-related entries, such as variable allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and final settlements.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports, bank payment files, and statutory contribution filings with high accuracy.
• Serve as the primary, client-facing point of contact for routine payroll inquiries, troubleshooting issues professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize payroll workflows, data security protocols, and client service delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably within a payroll outsourcing firm, shared service center, or corporate HR environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge and practical understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with mainstream payroll software or HRIS.
• Excellent client-facing communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and financial data.
