Payroll Outsourcing Service Consultant (End to End Process)

About the role

We're seeking Payroll Outsourcing Service Consultant (End to End Process) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position to deliver comprehensive outsourcing solutions to our valued clients.

You will be the key point of contact for managing complete payroll processes, from initial implementation through ongoing service delivery. This role is crucial to our ability to provide exceptional payroll solutions and maintain long-term client partnerships. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and oversee seamless execution across all stages of the payroll cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client payroll requirements and design end-to-end payroll outsourcing solutions that align with their organizational needs

• Manage the complete payroll cycle, including data collection, processing, verification, and reporting

• Provide expert guidance on payroll compliance, regulatory requirements, and best practices to clients

• Develop and maintain detailed payroll documentation, process workflows, and standard operating procedures

• Monitor payroll accuracy and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the HR Solutions team, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly

• Prepare comprehensive payroll reports and analytics to support client decision-making

• Train client personnel on payroll processes and system functionalities to ensure knowledge transfer

• Maintain detailed records of client specifications, configurations, and historical payroll data

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations, statutory compliance, and reporting

• Understand payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labour laws relevant to the Thai and broader regional context

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously whilst maintaining high service standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting tools

• Bilingual capability (English and Thai) is preferred
