Job Title: Payroll Practitioner – Japanese Bilingual

Location: UP Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth Ave., Quezon City

Work Setup: 100% Full-Time Onsite

Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Friday)

Target Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily payroll and business process transactions with high accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance, direction, and technical support to the team.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge and tools to streamline daily workflow and technical procedures.
• Identify and recommend operational and process improvements aligned with client and IBM standards.
• Exchange ideas and coordinate effectively across multi-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Japanese Proficiency: Native or near-native Japanese language skills (JLPT N1 certified).
• Work Setup: Amenable to working 100% Onsite at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City on a Day Shift schedule.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong computer and internet navigation skills.
• Core Aptitude: Highly logical, organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Background

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior payroll experience are welcome to apply as long as they possess JLPT N1 / Native Japanese proficiency.
• Education: Open to College Undergraduates and Graduates alike.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
