As part of our Managed Service Team, you will take on a key role in providing administrative support for payroll processing for our clients in Germany. With your solid commercial training and structured way of working, you will ensure that payroll-relevant data and processes are accurately maintained, checked, and documented.

Ideally, you have some initial experience in payroll or HR administration – however, what matters most to us is that you work precisely, reliably, and collaboratively, and can quickly familiarise yourself with new processes.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Supporting monthly payroll processing
• Maintaining and checking master and transaction data
• Preparing and processing notifications to social security institutions and authorities
• Creating certificates, reports, and internal evaluations
• General administrative tasks related to payroll processing
• Coordinating and tracking payroll-relevant information and documentation
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensuring quality and contributing to process optimisation

Skills And Experience We Value

• Completed commercial training
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• English skills at least at B1 level
