Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary reports.
• Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring all deductions are calculated correctly.
• Coordinate with finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.

Job Requirements :

• 5-9 years of experience in an HR role within the Heavy Metals / Cement / Automotive / Chemicals / IT industry.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, including labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in invoice processing, payroll processing, and recruitment processes.
