PAYROLL PROCESSOR

About the role

Payroll Processor responsible for preparing and processing semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time, managing employee attendance records, calculating compensation components, processing deductions, and ensuring compliance with Philippine payroll regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Review and validate employee attendance, DTRs, overtime, undertime, tardiness, absences, and leaves
• Calculate basic salary, overtime pay, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, incentives, and other payroll adjustments
• Process payroll deductions, including loans, advances, absences, and other authorized deductions
• Verify payroll reports before submission for approval and payout
• Prepare payroll registers, summaries, and other payroll-related reports
• Manage government benefits and deductions including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with company and government payroll requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar HR/Accounting role
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Can work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines
• Experience using payroll software or HRIS preferred
