What they need
Lead RTR/Payroll activities including month close, balance sheet analysis, complex journals, reporting, payroll, reconciliations and open-item resolution. Manage client governance, team training, SLA adherence and process improvements.
Required Candidate profile
5–8 years of FnA/RTR experience with strong core and complex accounting skills. AR experience, ERP/Oracle knowledge, client handling, analytical ability and process-improvement experience required.
