Payroll Service Expert

Key Responsibilities

-

• Payroll Processing -

Execute end-to-end payroll for Poland usingADP GlobalView. Validate input data (time, absences, benefits, deductions). Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, social security, and tax regulations.

• Technical Requirements -

Proficient inADP GlobalView configuration and processing. Ability to run and interpret system reports for payroll validation. Ability to create SSL and good understanding of systems interfacing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ADP.

• Reconciliations& Controls -

Perform monthly payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, tax, social security). Validate funding files and statutory payments. Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

• Query Management -

Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with P, Finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies. Maintain documentation for query resolution and compliance.

• Compliance& Reporting -

Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (ZUS, PIT, PFRON). Support internal and external audits. Keep up-to-date with changes in Polish payroll legislation.

Qualifications

-

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in Poland.
• Advanced knowledge of Polish labor law and tax regulations.
• Proficiency inADP GlobalView or similar and MS Excel.
• English and Polish language proficiency required

Compensation Structure& Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary): zł/gross banding 7 234 - 13 433

Variable compensation:

• Annual performance-based bonus: 10%
