Payroll Specialist (Client-based)

Responsibilities

• The position is expected to have a high-level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain (taxation, regulatory, BIR forms)
• Understanding of HR/Payroll services – Outsourced and SaaS Payroll
• Assist client's employees in government mandated benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, Philhealth and BIR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's graduate of Business-related courses (HR, Accounting, Financial Management)
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in processing Philippine Payroll and Benefits
• With work experience in Outsourced HR payroll / SaaS HR/Payroll services
• Tech Savvy / Computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft Apps / databases.
• With strong hands-on experience in PH Payroll
• Willing to work on client-based located in Quezon City
