Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Maintain accurate records of employee salaries, benefits, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to payroll processing.
• Provide support to HR team on employee data management tasks such as new hire onboarding.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing software (e.g. ADP) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify errors or discrepancies in payroll data.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; certification in Payroll Compliance would be an asset.
