Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to join our team.

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Position: HR Payroll Executive

Experience: 25 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

25 years of experience in HR Payroll operations.

Hands-on experience with Keka Payroll.

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, etc.).

Good understanding of payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.

Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll records in Keka.

Prepare payroll MIS and reports using Advanced Excel.

Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance and filings.

Resolve payroll-related queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
