Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive with strong hands-on experience in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance and Manpower Operations.

The candidate should have prior experience in IFM / Facility Management / Manpower Supply companies and should be capable of independently handling complete HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end Payroll Management

* Preparation and verification of monthly salary sheets

* Attendance, leave and OT management

* Salary processing and bank transfer coordination

* PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance

* Employee joining, onboarding and documentation

* Full & Final Settlement (F&F)

* Employee records and HR MIS

* Handling employee queries and salary-related issues

* Maintaining statutory and HR records

* Coordination with site teams, employees and management

* Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing

* Managing day-to-day HR operations independently

Candidate Requirements

* 3–6 years of relevant HR Operations experience

* Mandatory experience in IFM / Facility Management / Manpower Services industry

* Strong practical knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC and Labour Compliance

* Good knowledge of attendance, salary processing and F&F

* Strong MS Excel skills

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to independently manage complete HR operations

* Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable handling a large manpower workforce

Preferred: Candidates who have worked with manpower-intensive organizations and handled payroll/compliance independently.
