Payroll Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a difference? We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join a top notch team in real estate industry!

What you'll do:

• Payroll Processing: Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, handling salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain adherence to payroll laws and regulations while preparing required tax forms.
• Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries and maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Manage payroll discrepancies and generate payroll reports.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in Payroll, real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
• Familiarity with local tax and payroll regulations to ensure everything is compliant.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous payroll or related experience is a plus!
