About Your Role

You will join dynamic Asia HR Operations Team, providing support to achieve high performance and ensure the smooth delivery of transition projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include: Ÿ Process end-to-end payroll for China, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. Ÿ Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies. Ÿ Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and other relevant documentation. Ÿ Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management. Ÿ Generate payroll reports and perform data analysis for management review. Ÿ Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline payroll and HR operations, enhance efficiency, and strengthen service quality. Ÿ Assist with other HR operations tasks as needed, including benefits administration and employee data management.

Who are we looking for? Ÿ You hold a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer/Data Science, or a related field. Ÿ You have 2-4 years of experience in HR within a large multinational company, including a minimum of 2 years of experience with Payroll HR Systems (preferably SAP) and expertise in data reporting and analysis. Ÿ You are a team player with a high sense of accountability, capable of handling multiple tasks, and work effectively in an English-speaking environment. Ÿ You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and good communication skills. Ÿ You have a strong drive for efficiency and hands-on experience in process improvement, with the ability to identify opportunities, simplify workflows, and implement practical solutions. Ÿ You are proactive, well-organized, and immediately available (highly preferred).
