About You

You may have:

• End-to-end payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation, PAYE, KiwiSaver, leave entitlements, and Holidays Act requirements
• Experience managing weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payrolls
• Exposure to unionised payroll environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Two recent professional references

Current Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join a well-established organisation based in Central Auckland on a 3-month temporary assignment.

Key requirements include:

• SAP Payroll experience (essential)
• SuccessFactors / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience highly desirable
• Experience processing union payrolls
• Full-time availability
• Ability to start at short notice
