Juventas Health Management is a group of three sister healthcare companies — DermRay, Healios Therapeutics and Riverside Oncology — delivering non-invasive treatment programs across dermatology, pain management, and urology specialty practices nationwide. We're a fast-growing, physician-owned organization, and we're building out our internal people operations function for the first time.

About the Role

We're hiring a Payroll Specialist to make sure every employee across our four companies is paid accurately and on time. We have about 50 W2 employees and 40 1099’s. You'll own payroll day to day, working closely with our HR Lead, Finance, and our PEO partner, Insperity.

This is a strong fit for someone with hands-on US payroll experience who is highly organized, loves getting the details right, and wants to grow with a company that's building its internal operations from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process accurate, on-time payroll in Insperity for roughly 50 employees across our four companies
• Review payroll before and after each run to catch and correct errors
• Keep state tax setups accurate for a remote, multi-state workforce
• Serve as our day-to-day contact with Insperity on payroll questions and issues
• Answer employee pay questions clearly and promptly

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of hands-on US payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Experience with a PEO or major payroll platform
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information

Preferred

• Insperity experience
• Healthcare or multi-site experience
• Payroll certification (FPC or CPP)

Compensation

48,000–55,000 annual salary
