Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for our ever-growing business.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process payroll for multiple clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

* Prepare and submit quarterly and year-end payroll tax reports to federal, state, and local agencies

* Prepare payroll reports

* Correspond with clients for pick-up and necessary paperwork

* Respond to any payroll notices received from outside agencies

* Communicating with other staff members regarding clients and payroll status

* Other tasks as assigned

Skills/Experience/Requirements:

* Communicate and commit to superior interpersonal and customer service skills

* Utilize the experience and training received to complete payroll, quarterlies, and reports

* Focus on client retention while also seeking new business to grow your clientele

* Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced business environment

* Previous experience in payroll is a necessity! Experience with A/R and A/P is a plus!

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Must have at least one year of prior experience in the payroll field
