Payroll Specialist

Payroll management: Prepare, check, and validate payslips using SAGE software. Variable elements: Collect and verify overtime, bonuses, absences, and leave. Social security declarations: Prepare and submit declarations to CNAS and other social security organizations. Social legislation: Apply legal and regulatory changes to payroll processing. Expatriates: Manage the payroll of expatriate employees (contracts, taxation, specific benefits). Confidentiality: Ensure the security and confidentiality of payroll data. Reporting: Produce payroll statements and reports for management. Internal support: Answer employee and management questions on payroll and legal matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in payroll management. Complete mastery of the payroll process and variable elements. Very good knowledge of the CNAS (National Social Security Fund) and social security declarations. Good understanding of social legislation. Experience with expatriates is a real plus. Rigor, confidentiality, autonomy, and attention to detail.
