Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to manage and process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage employee salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and other payroll-related payments.
• Verify attendance, leave, and overtime records before payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
• Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
• Handle employee queries related to salary and payroll.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Support payroll-related audits and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee salary information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous Qatar/GCC payroll experience is an advantage.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
