PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Job Summary:
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, attendance, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions while ensuring complete and confidential payroll records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and compute payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and adjustments.
• Review and validate DTRs, biometric records, attendance, leaves, absences, tardiness, and overtime.
• Maintain and update payroll master files and employee compensation records.
• Prepare payroll summaries, payroll registers, reports, and reconciliations.
• Compute and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, loans, and other deductions.
• Assist in the computation of 13th-month pay, final pay, leave conversions, and other benefits.
• Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and employee payroll concerns.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Finance for payroll-related transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and statutory requirements.

Key Qualifications

• With relevant experience in payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, lookups, PivotTables, data validation, and payroll reporting.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate, especially when handling payroll computations.
• Able to handle confidential employee and salary information.
• Able to meet strict payroll deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php19,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
