Role Summary

Dipnosofistirion is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Department.

The ideal candidate will manage and execute part of the monthly payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle payroll-related operations efficiently, while collaborating with other departments and supporting employees on payroll-related matters.

Role Responsibilities

• Calculate and process monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
• Manage employee hiring, terminations, employment contracts, and related submissions through the ERGANI system.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of overtime and sick leave.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Greek labor laws, social security regulations, and internal company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, leave, and related employment matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant position.
• Good knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation.
• Familiarity with ERGANI and payroll-related administrative procedures.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Previous experience with EPSILON NET Software will be considered an asset.
