The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for both salaried and waged employees
• Processing salary and wage changes accurately and efficiently
• Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data accuracy across payroll and HR systems
• Providing high-quality payroll support and advice to employees and managers
• Assisting with payroll projects and process improvement initiatives
• Supporting audit requirements and ensuring legislative compliance

Role Requirements  

This role isn't necessarily about how many years you've spent in payroll. It's about attitude, ambition, and a genuine desire to become an expert in your field.
