This job opportunity is offered by ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC Graduate Development Program The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for accurately processing monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and other employee payments in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within the agreed payroll timeline.
• Review and validate attendance, absence, leave, late arrivals, and other time-related data affecting payroll.
• Calculate basic salaries, allowances, incentives, overtime, shift allowances, and other variable payments.
• Process payroll-related deductions, including loans, advances, penalties, social insurance, taxes, and other applicable deductions.
• Review employee transactions affecting payroll, including new hires, promotions, salary increases, transfers, and terminations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll data.
• Ensure accurate processing of overtime and shift payments, particularly for production and operational employees.
• Reconcile payroll data with the HRIS/Payroll system and Finance records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and management reports as required.
• Respond to employees' payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
• Support the preparation and submission of payroll-related reports for taxes, social insurance, and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company payroll policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
• Support internal and external payroll audits by providing the required reports, records, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree of Commerce or related field.
• Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience
• Language proficiency: Good command of English
