Payroll Specialist

Job highlights

• Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance/HR with 2-4 years payroll processing experience and strong statutory compliance knowledge
• Process end-to-end payroll, manage salary inputs, ensure statutory compliance, handle F&F settlements, coordinate with HR/Finance, and support audits

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees with high accuracy and timeliness
• Manage salary inputs, attendance, leave, bonuses, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Generate and validate payslips, payroll reports, and reconciliations
• Handle full & final settlements (F&F) and employee queries related to payroll
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and validations
• Support audits by maintaining proper payroll records and documentation
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / HR
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with payroll software / HRMS and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication

• Experience handling payroll for mid to large-sized organizations
• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
