Payroll Specialist

Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax.
• Handle TDS calculations, tax declarations, Form 16, and payroll reconciliations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
• Address employee payroll and taxation queries.
• Support audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Payroll Operations.
• Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliances.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
